Focus and Scope
Aims
Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research, an official journal from Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Indonesia, aims to disseminate research results and findings in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences and Practices, also related areas. Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research is a peer-reviewed, open access journal that publishes original research articles as well as review articles.
Scope
The subject areas covered by the journal are:

- Pharmaceutical Biotechnology
- Pharmacognosy and Phytochemistry
- Clinical Pharmacy
- Pharmacology-Toxicology

Peer Review Process
All PSR's articles will have the same standard of double blind peer-review for all content submitted. Manuscripts will be reviewed by the Editorial Board and/or independent referee. Decisions regarding the publication of a manuscript will be based on the Board's recommendations. The manuscript will be evaluated based on its appropriateness for PSR, contribution to the discipline, cogency of analysis, conceptual breadth, clarity of presentation and technical adequacy. Manuscripts submitted by members of the journal's Editorial Board are subjected to the same review procedure.

Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research published regularly three times annually
Open Access Policy
Authors who publish with this journal agree to the following terms:
- Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.
- Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal.
- Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their website) prior to and during the submission process, as it can lead to productive exchanges, as well as earlier and greater citation of published work (See The Effect of Open Access).
Copyright
It is the author's responsibility to ensure that his or her submitted work does not infringe any existing copyright. Authors should obtain permission to reproduce or adapt copyrighted material and provide evidence of approval upon submitting the final version of a manuscript.
Archiving
This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
